Frequently asked questions
Open the app, choose to create a new report, enter the job title, customer name, address and trade details, then continue to add notes and photos.
Inside a report, add a photo and enter the observation notes for that image. The photo and notes can then be included in the final PDF report.
Use the voice recording screen to record your site observations. When the recording is finished, use the transcript in your report notes.
Open the completed report or quotation and choose the export PDF option. You can then save or share the PDF using the options provided by your device.
Yes. You can create itemised quotations with customer details, line items, subtotal, VAT, total, notes and terms.
Your job records, reports and quotations are stored by the app on your device unless otherwise stated inside the app. Please make sure your device is backed up regularly.
